So, I upgraded to Windows 10 at the end of October 2016.  I have had nothing but trouble since then (freezing, blue screens, crashing...)  I have reinstalled W10 several times and it works fine for a little while then back to things mentioned above. Finally did some more research and it turns out that my Aspire T3-600 is imcompatible with W10.  SOOO, how can I go back to factory settings wihtout having any recovery discs?  Is it possible?  Please help!

Thanks!!

Thank you for responding.  I have ordered the disk.  My computer was running fine for a few days, but is back to blue screens - as I await the arrival of the disk.

Will the disk have info on what to do?

    Thanks!

Normally the disks are labeled by the order that need to be followed.

Thanks, but what I need to know is HOW do I get to the boot menu if I cannot get into the system, and ALT F10 does not work.

I have windows 10 on my desktop and trying to restore to factory settings with discs.

Enter BIOS pressing F2, under boot menu check if F12 boot priority list is enbaled, if not enable it and then press F10.

At next boot press F12 and then choose the DVD reader/disk

i have the same computer and pressing delete at the precise time or just quickly repeating it gets me into this bios.  i also have windows 10 running no problem but took advantage of the free update that is no longer an option.  thinking I better make an image just in case/before it's too late.
