Acer switch 10 pro not detecting camera.

Why has the camera on my switch 10 not working. Keep giving an error code. Followed instructions to reinstalled the drive but still its not being detected.

    Can you provide the error code, perhaps a screenshot of the message? The reason is probably because of a driver issue. However share some more info for us to help ;)

    Sorry this was a follow up to my previous post. The error code is in that one.

    Ok will do however im stuck with a do not turn off pc. Working on updates blue screen for the last 5hrs.
