I've recently purchased an Oculus Rift, but have been having some issues with White Flashes during extended play (over 20 minutes). After getting in touch with Oculus Support, I have been told that I'd been connecting the Rift Headset (which uses and HDMI Cord and a USB 3.0) to my Intel Graphics Card. I'm simply at a loss, is there any way to connect directly to the NVIDIA Graphics Card instead of the Intel? Is there a port that I'm missing?

Well, you can try changing the default graphics card adapter on the computer, to do that try this method.
Open the Nvidia Control Panel. You can do this by right-clicking on the desktop or you can find the option within the notification area of the Taskbar.Select Manage 3D Settings under 3D Settings.Click on the Program Settings tab and select the program you want to choose a graphics cardfor from the drop down list.
Now select the 'preferred graphics processor' in the drop down list.
