    have you enabled F12 key on BIOS for boot menu?
    if your laptop is UEFI, you need to create an USB flash drive with GPT partition scheme and FAT32 formatted, OS or bootable image must be EFI compatible.

    now, i use only this community, sorry.

    but i can give you some easy steps, i use windows 10 as example but it will work with any 64 bit OS version (if EFI compatible):
    1) download a windows 10 iso using Microsof tool:
    select the proper windows 10 version (the same installed on your laptop) and choose to save it as iso file when prompted
    2) download Rufus:
    plug your USB flash drive, run Rufus then:
    select ISO image from the dropdown menu near "Create a bootable disk"
    click on the little icon on the right and browse to the windows 10 downloaded iso file
    as  Partitions scheme select "GPT partition scheme for UEFI"
    as File system select "FAT32"
    click on Start
    wait until it finish, then unplug your USB flash drive

    had you set UEFI?
    if your model has both USB2.0 and 3.0, please use 2.0

     средство Microsoft Media Creation Tool не требует разрешения на загрузку от БИОС, достаточно вставить диск и при включении подтвердить запуск с носителя.

    @OnurKulac

    I think you're going to have to explain better what you meant by changing to legacy mode.  :)  Do you mean changing from AHCI to IDE????  Or does your computer have an actual legacy mode?   I looked at screenshots of your BIOS and didn't see a legacy mode......so I don't think @IronFly knows what you mean by "legacy mode".

    Your computer is from around 2011, so it might already be legacy BIOS.

    I changed the bootmenupolicy to legacy. My problem is that my laptop doesn’t recognize my usb with a operating system and I don’t acually know what the problem is.

    @OnurKulac

    If you take a picture of your BIOS and post it and show what "bootmenupolicy" is, I'm confident @IronFly will be able to help you.  :)
