Acer Aspire E 15 (E5-575G-53VG) Not detecting battery

My Acer Aspire E15 was working fine last night, but when I turned it on today it said there was not battery detected.  It won't make that *beep* noise, the charger led wont turn on either, when I plug my charger. The weird part is, it still works if it's unplugged and if I enter windows in safe mode it will make the *beep* noise, even though the charging led wont turn on.

I thought this was because of a windows 10 upgrade that happened recently but I restarted my SO and still have the same problem.  I also tried using the battery reset pin button, re-installing both the battery method and the AC drivers with no success.

Does anyone have any idea what might be going wrong?

Thanks in advance. Best Regards

    Hi,
Go to Device manager, expand Batteries, highlight and right click "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control method battery", click Properties and uninstall the driver in Driver tab, reboot and let Windows install the driver.

As I posted originally on my question, I already tried that and it didn't work.

Funny thing happened a few minutes ago though, I kept using my laptop until the battery was empty and turned off on its own, then I plugged in the AC adapter and turned on the laptop again and everything was back to normal.... God knows what happened there but it seems fixed at least for now.

My E15 is doing same "no battery is detected".  I've tried all those steps but it only worked for 1min.  I'm not sure what occured to cause the issue as my e15 sits in my office. I use it like a desktop, plugged into a universal doc with keyboard, mouse, monitor.  I contacted support and they want 299 which is ridiculous!  Any help would be appreciated.
