Hi Acer my chromebook has rendering errors when using onshape shaded view. That is a serious problem that makes CAD drawing impossible. And the only problem stopping me from using my chromebook as a CAD drawing tool.
The object becomes a black smeared mess.

Do you have a fix for this issue?

I have two other chromebooks where this issue is not present. Clearly this is an issue for Acer and its hardware partners.

The other chromebooks run on a nvidia chip. This one is different.

Apart the hardware that's sold by Acer, "drivers" and so iGPU rendering is managed by google ChromeOS and chromium...so it's Google not Acer issue.

I am in my full right to return this laptop to acer as a faulty product then. Would you you kindly refer me to the support section for RMA. Do not just wipe your fingers on somebody else when you sell a faulty product.

I'm not an Acer's employee, so i don't know how you can RMA it...apart calling your seller.
But i insist...it's a software issue and only Google can fix it, since the OS is managed by Google.
