IPS Screen Over Contrast or Gamma after Hardware Warranty, and technician said,"IT WAS LIKE THAT" .

I Have Brought a VN7-591G since 2015 July ago with Acer SuperCare 2 Extended Warranty.

When 2016 Dec I send it to Warranty Claim Due to screen have problem ( doting + line )
After replace a new screen, I mention that the brightness and contrast was over the normal level.
The color is lighter then every screen of any laptop. RED > Pink , Blue > Teal , Green > Light Green.

I call to ask Service Center , they give me very unprofessional answer, that the screen were like that.
and ask me to do it myself by tune or calibrate on Graphic Control Panel ... ( * What The Hell )
*But Everything is Default.
Theres a problem , If I tune abit lower then the default , my white balance turn to blue directly.

I dunno whats going on on ACER Service team or just the bad worker they do ?
