So im about to buy a predator helios 300 from amazon but I live in the netherlands. I was wondering if I would still get the warranty and when something happens to my laptop that I could just send it to acer NL instead of back to the USA? Spending it back to the USA would cost alot more than to keep it in the NL.

If you are a resident of Netherlands, the international warranty won't apply in your country, but it will be valid in any other country including the US.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
-Model number
-Part number(not required, but helpful)
-CPU
-GPU-Operating systemHelios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Your warranty is vaild only in US. You have to travel to US to be able to use warranty for Acer. I think there is no other way. I'm from Poland and I have this same problem as you.0

That isn't true adamo000. He can use warranty service in any country, except Netherlands. The reason he can use the warranty in countries outside the US is because of the 1 year international warranty that the laptop comes with.
