Hello,

I bought this laptop which I paid 1000 euro for last year in November. In May this year the laptop started shutting down randomly at various battery charges. Never less than 30% and laptop was dead, losing all my work. I sent the laptop to the Romanian Acer official representative and they acknowledged the defect, replacing the battery. 
After receiving it, I experienced the same problem again. Sent the laptop for the second time in service, they said they would replace the mainboard just in case.
Now, it is the 3rd time and the defect is still there, I need to send it back.
The Romanian Acer service is useless. This seems more and more like a manufacturing defect. I am writing here because I don't find any contact email on Acer website.
I've never experienced any issue with other laptops I owned so far, all of them warned when the battery was low or critical and they gave you time to plug the charger in.
Anybody has experienced such issue?
