Password Liquid E700

I had my Acer Liquid E700 for several years. Suddenly, for the first time, the device is asking for a password (not the pin code). I don't know any password, I have tried several times, I have search on google, call the support, tried with 1111, read the manuals, reset the phone.....nothing works. Does anyone know what password it can be? Until I got it, it seems like I will not be able to use my phone.

where is asking the password?
at boot?
as notification?

When I turn on the phone it ask for my pincode. After I sign in with the pincode, I swipe to unlock, but than there is suddenly a square in the middle of the screen, asking for my password, which I never have entered before. I can not continue without that.

from your PC, if you try to connect to your google account (gmail) is it asking a password or your pincode?
if you already tried a factory reset, this password request is from google for sure.
are you able to take a pic of it?
