Have you downloaded the update ACER Win10 audio drivers yet?  http://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers   Jack E/NJ

Does Disk Mgt still show a good recovery partition? Jack E/NJ

Hi! I apologise but i'm not as technical as you are, I only followed the instructions I watch on youtube on how to clean install windows 10.

Sorry. Did you follow this ACER youtube video instructions for doing the ALT+F10 cold boot recovery method of re-setting your machine to a factory-fresh Win10 state? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NuljT0a8F7I Jack E/NJ

HI! I did and selected the option to remove everything. Deleted the old drives and created a new one.

OK. Two questions. (1) Since re-setting to factory-fresh Win10, were any Win10 updates applied that you're aware of? (2) Just to check if the recovery partition is still intact, open Control Panel. Then search "disk management". Click on the administrative partition creation tool. Does it still have a good recovery partition? Jack E/NJ
