One thing. If i leave the ram module inside the laptop, would something be harmed? (Laptop, module), Couse if the ram is not compatible, i will return it.

If it helps, I'm using the same laptop, and I have an 8GB stick of adata memory at 2400 speed, which i can confirm as working.

it seems compatible but if BIOS and windows can't see it...probably it's not.

Since @Riesling told his model is working, i would look for that specific model.

I read something that said that the legscy bios is limiting the os to 32 bit, and the 32 bit windows limits the ram to 4 or 8 gb. Anyway, if it's really not compatible, then why cpu z sees it? Adyer I reinstall the os to uefi we will see if it's compatible or not. Does leaving the ram in the laptop harms anything( ram, laptop).?

Everything is normal. No warnings. I didn't check the temperatures, but I had the laptop on my lap and I didn't feel any heat at all.

Maybe the windows..I had a friend who installed mine, and I dontd think it's genuine. I think it's pirated. He used an app to activate it.

Guys imI sorry if I post too much, but I only have problems with this laptop. Almost all related to the os. The graphics card sometimes isn't active, after the windows logo now I have a black screen for a minute then I get the lockscreen, now the memory, bios, and it kinda lags. Games work fine, but sometimes the os is sluggish..

Even  If  os is sluggish the bios  must detect the  RAM... try downloading and installing the windows from the windows website

Acer lacks proper quality control they don't even listento  the coustomers  after buying their products.
