Acer Aspire 5552 Boot Problems

Ok so my Acer Aspire is essentially a living fossil but it's all I have.
Sometimes I have an issue where I boot up my laptop and everything starts fine except I have a black screen. (All startup and disk sounds we're normal)
I usually could resolve this with restarting the computer.
But now I'm having the issue again but no matter what I do the screen won't start up at all.
I thought maybe the computer was overheating but I tried to restart after it cooled off and still nothing.
I've tried the "hard restart/hold power for 20 sec/plug back in" method and it still didn't help.
Do you think my fossil finally died?

Follow the instructions shown in this link to perform a battery reset(only if your battery is non-removable):  https://us.answers.acer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/34843/~/acer-internal-battery-reset

After pressing the switch inside the pinhole leave the laptop to rest for about 30minutes, before connecting it to mains and powering it on.

If your laptop is with a removable, disconnect from charger and remove the battery. Leave it for 30minutes, then place the battery back, connect the charger and power on.

    Is your battery removable?
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    My battery is removable.
I tried this and it didn't work. I guess it's a BIOS issue then?
