Hey there I am currently trying to get Displayport to work with my G3-710 and my Predator XB271HU. I have tried updating all the drivers for my video card (GeForce 1070). I even went to look for drivers for the monitor but the only one available is for Windows 8, I'm currently on 10. I have also tried shutting the computer down, unplugging the Displayport cable, then the power to the computer and the monitor. I then plug the Displayport cable back in followed by the power for the monitor and then the computer still to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried connecting the monitor to another device, or the PC to another monitor?
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
