No mobile network/3G on new Acer Liquid E700
Hi All,
I am not able to get the data connection up and running; several tries with enabling everywhere and apps that help to switch on and off data networking ,when i try to browse google.com, browser is throwing an error about no connection. I can't see any symbol about 3G or some mobile network is working, there is nothing. If I press the symbol with the arrow coming in and one out (data enabling) nothing changes as if it is a false button.
I would be grateful for an answer

2) how many SIMs are you using
3) SIMs network provider

Turn off the airplane mode (you can access on quick settings or long pressing power button)
then tap on settings/SIM management
is your SIM listed?
is your SIM select as data connection?
from Settings/More.../Mobile networks
is your SIM listed as Data connection?
on Access point name (APN), there's any option listed?

Yes, the SIM is listed, i can select everything and switch it on and off,
there are two APN listed,
never had connection problems before with my provider alltough this SIM is a new one..0 -

Good idea! Will check for using it in another device, but I still believe it is the phone..

My mistake! On this device I had to manually fill in a new APN, the two given didn't work, never had to do this before, but now it works perfectly on full speed and everywhere, still thanks for quick responding. Can I give the solution 'points' to you?

please report here your network provider name and country, APN settings you used; so Acer can update the APNs list next update.

whenever i enable the 3G option my network disappears,but works well with GPRS. what could be the problem??? i need help.

how did you do it. my phone is not giving me an option to add access points manually. i guess it has to do with the phone firmware.

how many SIMs on your E700?
have you selected the correct SIM to use as data connection?
is your SIM enabled to use 3G or H+ data?

No mobile internet connection in my Acer liquid z530 there is no 3G nd 4G signal just showing E symbol since 7 months...
When network mode in 3G only the network signal was drop down immediately in a sec...Do need full to me sir0
