My Acer Jade Z S57 does not start.

I bought this phone at Costco last november 2015.  Lately it keeps on draining.  I put it on sleep mode to save more power, but when I turn it on it wont turned on.  I charged it for more than an hour, the little light at the upper left remained blue for more than an hour, and when I tried to turn it on again, it won't let me.  I Did everything in the troubleshooting but still didn't start. Anyone can help me here?

    Blue light during charge is not a good sign.

     

    you can try to take power button pressed while connecting to the power charger but i suspect an hardware failure.

    I have exactly the same problem, I bough the phone at Costco September 2015.

    I had the same problem too and I bought the phone Acer S57 from Costco. I just told you one thing, I will never buy Acer at all.
