Try uninstalling both #2 AMD and #3 Realtek HD Audio Device drivers. Exit DevMgr. Reboot. Let Windows auto-detect and auto-install both drivers. Report back. Jack E/NJ

    >>> I open my laptop to clean the Dust from CPU Fan after fixing every single screw I turned on my laptop when I was watching video>>>but no sound>>>

You must carefully re-check all connections inside the laptop. Seem like either a connector is still loose or the soundcard's amplifier has failed possibly due to static electricity. Were you wearing an anti-static wristband when you originally opened the laptop to clean dust from the CPU?   Jack E/NJ

So does this mean that you didn't try to restore your system to a factory-fresh state using the ALT+F10 coldboot recovery method? Jack E/NJ

Hi jackE sir I just came from a local laptop repair shop and told him my laptop problem they told me it could be a motherboard problem because headphones should work if speakers has broken.

Yes, I understand. But did you ever try to restore the system to a factory-fresh state using the Alt+F10 coldboot recovery method? Jack E/NJ

    Not tried
Shut down --- power on --- alt+f10 on Acer logo --- and it will direct us to advanced options
    But I have tried
Press and hold shift and click on restart so it will automatically redirect us to advanced option and I have formated from there is any difference there?

This finally confirms the hardware problem. I still think it may be due to a loose or dirty connection because it happened after opening the machine to clean the dust from CPU fan and fixing every single screw. It also possible that static electricity could have caused the mainboard's audio amplifier to fail in which case not much can be done about it. Jack E/NJ

So should I bring my laptop at Acer service center or try to repair it at home or use USB sound card or Use Bluetooth speakers/headphones.  :)

I think the problem is only with the speaker amplifiers, not the sound adapter itself. So I think it's better to use Bluetooth speakers & headphones than to risk creating new problems by opening the laptop again. Jack E/NJ
