Can't get to Bios on an Acer Aspire ZS600G

I've tried 3 different USB keyboards, but it seems as if none of them work. I've pressed F2, Delete, ESC, ALT+CTRL+Del, ALT+CTRL+ESC, F8, F10. The Boot menu F12 works, but only if I go to window's login screen and press the "Restart" option. When Pressing F2 after restarting the computer the boot menu comes up but it does not display any bootable flash drives. My friend told me that a virus had locked up her computer, could this also be keeping me from accessing her Bios and keeping USB ports from reading. I've Tried all 6 usb ports with no luck.

In order to boot from the flash drive, make sure secure boot is disabled first.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

I can't even get into Bios. Like I've stated I've tried pressing F2 and nothing, I care nothing about the boot f12, I just noticed that that's the only button that seems to work on the Acer Splash screen only after restarting the computer, even F12 doesn't work if I do Shutdown, it only works if a I restart the computer first.

Ok I'm able to make it to the Bios, but how do I disable secure boot ?

Okay so I disabled secure boot, but it won't read the disc or USB flash drive.
