XB271HU- Having issues with vertical lines appearing on the screen

Hello everyone! I recieved my xb271hu monitor about 4 weeks ago and as soon as I powered it on I saw vertical lines on the screen that were only on certain colors (tended to be on images with solid colors, most appeared on grey and black images and moved with the image, most noticeably in the Rainbow Six Siege menu screen on the moving backgrounds). I know that they are not dead or stuck pixels, because they work perfectly on other colors. The lines tend to be green, red, or blue (and some shades of darker blue/black) and were only about 1 pixel wide. I already RMA'd it and told them my problem, but they said that they detected no problems after testing and shipped it back to me. I recieved it yesterday and still notice the same problem. I don't think its a problem with my GPU not being good enough because I have a relatively new (not even a year old) 980 ti superclocked with acx 2.0. I am currently using a gold plated displayport cable that I got off of amazon, and switching it with the cable that came with it has done nothing. I have also tried disabling g-sync and that also has no effect.
