Repasting the CPU and GPU will surely help, but before doing that you can undervolt the CPU using XTU or Throttlestop and see how much the temperatures will drop. If you still think the temperature is too high after undervolting then repaste it. Undervolting doesn't affect performance.

I have throttlestop but i have to learn how to use it...(i used it to turn off turbo boost, it gave me +5min of normal gaming...before i wasnt able to play even for 5min)

Start by reducing the voltage with -100mV and then keep adding -5mV until your system crushes. Reboot the system and set the voltage to the last one the system was stable on.

There are many videos and guides online, showing how to undervolt with Throttlestop and XTU.

In power options i have set 95% as maximum performance...should i turn it off so i can use it fully and then undervolt? Cause when ill undervolt it might not get enough power to use cpu fully (i think)

set it to 100%. Download Prime95 and run it(you can run a game to keep the CPU under load too) while you are undervolting.

Yes, but only a stress test.

So can i use stress test in aida? Or this is more "extreme" ?

Both Prime95 and Aida64 extreme are the same. They load the CPU at 100%.

Should I start with like 100mV or start slowly?

And which test in Prime95 should i use? Small FFT or Large FFT?

Start with -100mV. It doesn't matter which test you are going to run on prime95.

Ok, so my first one was to test if it really has that big effect so I started at -86.9mV and it lowered temperatures pretty good so now im at -125 and im on 84-85C° from 99-100C°. Now im wondering if its worth it going lower...

If it is possible you can go lower.

...i went to other room and when i came back mouse, keyboard touchpad were not working i tried to plugin and then plugout (mouse) but it still not responded so i restarted laptop and it worked (i was testing it on -125mV to be sure)

Will ThrottleStop save my voltage? Because now i turned laptop off by holding button so it didnt save and i dont wanna restart it again to know Smiley Very Happy

It saves the applied undervolt but after restarting you have to launch it again. You can set windows to automatically run Throttlestop at start up. There is probably a video in youtube showing how it is done.

Edit: I found a video how to make throttle stop run at windows start up.

I know how to make it run on start up. I had problem again...on -100.6mV..I was playing GTA5 and it froze + it started making some weird noise.

Then you have to reduce the undervolt. The point of prime95 was to let it run while undervolting.
