Acer Liquid z630s is not VOLTE, WHYYYY.????

I know my Acer Liquid z630s is a LTE mobile.. Even Lenovo k4 note was, untill it got software update and bhoom it changed from LTE to VOLTE... So one thing i got to know is this VOLTE is not a hardware thing, its a software thing.... And i just want to know when will Acer send the update of VOLTE.????? Please stop dissapointing the Customers......
