Sorry for not telling some detail,.
Laptop: Acer Aspire v5 132p Touch Screen
    OS: Windows 8 x64bit

Thanks For Your Response In My Post, But I Already Fix My Problem Using Fast Reboot Switch ON the system and switch OFF the system 3 to 4 times To Perform Automatic Repair, I Select Troubleshoot option and choose the Advanced Options and then choose the Windows Startup Settings option restart.
After the Restart if still going in automatic repair do this option ,Select Troubleshoot option and choose the Advanced Options and then choose CMD and type

    bootrec.exe /fixmbr

    and press ENTER type

    bootrec.exe /fixboot

and again press ENTER and type

    bootrec.exe /scanos

exit the CMD and Restart,.. it works,..

Did you change the BIOS (F2 or Del) to allow F12 boot selection ?

Can also try holding down alt-F10 and press the power button. This should put you into the repair sequence if it has a repair partition

caveat - I do not have a V5 so not sure all work.

    Hi

A black screen with a flashing cursor?

Try typing something like 'dir' and see if there is a response.

You may be able at boot time to interrupt the sequence by pressing F8 and seeing a menu.

So post a piccy and tell us what progress has been made.
