Aspire E 15 Intel graphics 5500 new driver

Good Morning From South Africa,

I have a ACER Aspire E 15 Laptop and i am finding it quite difficult to find the new drivers for the gpu and when i do find it i have to uninstall the driver i have to install it. (I have not done that)

I would like a guide to install the driver if someone knows how to do that without harming my pc.

System specs:

OS: Windows 8.1 x 64 bit

Ram: 4GB

Intel HD Graphics 5500 (Integrated)

1 TB HDD

Intel i5-5200U

I need help because i would like to enhance my gaming performance a bit. Also a link to the new Graphics control panel if its out would help me too

to find the latest version, i suggest you to run the official Intel tool:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html

uninstall the previous Intel driver (on windows device manager, click on Display adapter, right click the Intel graphic adapter and tick to uninstall software if prompted), before installing the downloaded from Intel software.

the intel software will auto install the correct driver, just follow the onscreen instructios.

I did what you said and it just tells me that it doesnt find any drivers for my device is there any other advice that you could give me?

I did use the search manually but now its asking for my board and chipset setup and i dont have that...

Ok thank you for that one.

I have downloaded the file and run it on my system but it says that the software is not compatible with my product...

I have not yet uninstalled the previous driver and do not know the implecations if i do... (Could you provide me with a few precautions and what the implications of this action would be if i were to not be able to install the new driver succesfully please?)

I am sorry for being so cautios but this is the only pc i have access to at the moment.

about uninstalling and be safe, just download the official old Acer driver so you re-install a good one:

I have bought a new Aspire E 15 Laptop
E5 - 576 - 35GQ Laptop, it has core i3 8th Gen processor and I am not able install GrapGraph drivers and it says "This installainstapackage is not support by this proceprocetype" so I have download it fron Acer website again and the result is same, how can I fix this issue, I am unable to do anyanythig now😑
