Press & hold the power button till the machine shuts down. Insert the new battery. But do NOT turn the machine back on. Is the battery LED indicator lit? Is it blinking or steady? What color? Jack E/NJ

    I will.

for the LED, no any light after 1st second. See, When I install the battery and plug the power cable, I see the charging led light start directly and stays one second too then stops. So we have two indications now. one is when pressing the power button laptop start for a 1second and stop and the other is when plugging the power cable while the battery installed before pressing power button the light is working for 1 second. Both 1 second.

All that's important right now is the battery LED indicator when the charger is plugged in, not the power indicator nor any other indicator. With th laptop still off, what happens to the battery LED indicator when you unplug the charger, then plug  the charger back in again? Does it still light for only 1 second, then turn off again? Does it light up, then off after one second every time you plug in and unplug the charger this way? If it does, I think there is a short between the computer's battery board and the battery connector. It could be something as simple as an untightened screw that's touching a conductor trace line between the board and battery connector.  Jack E/NJ

Yes any time I remove the power cable and plug it again I not the charging light is one for one second then stop. I put  kapton tape on all screws holes, heatsink screws ets... but no result, power jack is far from the battery board. I will post the pictures for the board

Thank you for screenshots. I think the possible short is somewhere around the red circle between the battery connector and the battery board. If not a screw, then a bent connector wire prong or something conductive in between the connector pins or sleeves. Jack E/NJ
