acer aspire r11 r3-131t-c8x9 ssd/hdd upgrade
i've upgraded my laptop's ram, changed the themal paste and added a 32gb sd card . i would like to upgrade the storage but i dont know if it is posible to do that . the place where there is an hdd/ssd in other acer laptops is empty and has a metel thing where the hdd should be . on the mother board there is two places that say "hdd 1" and "ssd 1" but there is no connector (at least not one i've ever seen ). please help .

Whether you can add a SDD depends on the specific model. In General ones that came with a 500GB HDD are upgradable. Those with 32GB are not I expanded mine to 8GB and swapped for a Samsung EVO SDD. Performance was noticably improved (in fact mine runs with some i7s & can outrun just about any i5.
