New processor? - Aspire TC-115

A few years ago, my mom bought me the Acer Aspire TC-115 for my birthday. I haven't got money to buy another PC, so I have used it since then. But my problem is, that is almost can't run any games without lagging. I can remember, that I was talking with an adult, who was working for a IT company, who told me, that it maybe is my processor which wouldn't produce the power it should do. My RAM, graphics card etc. looks fine, except for my processor. Do you guys think it would help, if I buy a new processor to insert in my computer?

As far as I know, this series was shipped with a motherboard + cpu (directly soldered at this one).

You can't change the processor.

So I should upgrade my graphics card, if I have to upgrade my PC's performance? My graphics card is a AMD Radeon HD 7000 series.
