    Hey just got this brand new laptop trying too figure out why i got no option of dust defender and extra cooling i have a sticker on my laptop that says it has both i have tried the acer quick access there is no options there

      Maybe i was blind i think i was wrong i dont think my laptoo supports it can anyone confirm this ? Ty
