Acer E5-575G-53VG backlit Keyboard not turning off?

Idk whats wrong but I cant seem to turn off light on the keyboard using Fn+f9 nothing happens. It used to turnoff by itself after keys not being click now the lights wont turn off at all help pls.

Hi,
Go to Device manager, expand Keyboards, highlight and right click Standard PS/2 keyboard, click uninstall this device, reboot and let Windows install it.

Im sorry but it didnt work. Dou you think resting this pc might help. I think I may have a virus.
