I cannot access or sync any Acer aps in the last few weeks.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling on all of my devices. When I try to open any Acer app ie Acer Portal, AB Docs, just get a message "Acer app is not responding", so I can't even access it to check the settings.  Since this seems to have happened when Windows 10 was recently undated, I even tried turning off Windows Firewall.  All to no avail.  Please help. I have come to rely on these apps and I really want to get them back.

    Hi jjnlake,

     

    Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please try the steps to improve the issue.

     1. Go to [Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features] and uninstall [Acer Portal], [abPhoto], [abMusic], [abDocs], [abFiles] and [AOP Framework] on your PC.

    2.  Please download and install [Acer Portal], [abPhoto], [abMusic], [abDocs], [abFiles] on Windows PC from Acer BYOC Apps website.

    https://www.cloud.acer.com/downloads

     3. Make sure [Acer Portal], [abPhoto], [abMusic], [abDocs], [abFiles] and [AOP Framework] are in [Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features], and then launch abApps to use.

     

    If you try the steps above and still cannot use abApps, please send e-mail to acercloud_support@cloud.acer.com

    Please provide a detailed description of the problem and operation steps before the problem occurred.
