Hello,
I bought this laptop around September 2015 and since July 2016 i am experiencing issues with Battery.
it Sometimes start charging and sometimes it says battery not detected.
I called customer care many times but everytime they suggest me some new troubleshooting.
After september they told me to visit Service centre for replacement , but now they want me to pay instead of free replacement of Faulty part.
Amazing part is that they also advised me that they also can replace with a local battery at only 2.5K and original at 4.0k after which i was shocked.
Can anybody do justice to me.I am in Trouble.

Why is this happening?what is solution to this
Hi,
You could do a battery calibration and see whether it fixes the problem:https://www.howtogeek.com/172271/how-to-calibrate-your-laptops-battery-for-accurate-battery-life-estimates/
I am unable to do this.As i can't get when my battery is fully charged because of no indication.I would need to continue use it on power adapter and i guess that is not a good idea
Please help
Hi,
I would suggest you to contact Acer support and find out the partner retailers in your region and get a battery from them.
On the other hand, if you are still under warranty, get it fixed by Acer service centre.

I'm absolutely applled at this!
I'm running windows 10 and getting Blue screens. but as per older OS you just pull the battery out and restart. Resetting a batter doesn't come across as a good idea.
