hi. new to this forum. can anyone advise me how I can factory restore my lap top without a disk

I've tried everything...I can't find the CD/disk so im not able to right click and eject, there also no button to eject the drive. PLEASE HELP!

  if you have windows 10, you can do it using the tool that provides windows 10. press the key windows and type RESET THIS PC and follow the steps of the first opt.
