Hello.

I have bought an Acer Aspire ATC-710-UR61 and I want to upgrade the GPU. I have ordered an GeForce GTX 1050 04G-P4-6253-RX Ti SC GAMING, 4GB GDDR5, DX12 OSD , wich is a small card, 5.70" x 4.38". Is it ok to go in my computer?

Second, what is the fastest CPU I can put in this motherboard?

Thanks.

Forget about it...Everyhing is fine. I have installed the new GPU and it's running very well. Enough room for the card.Video card small.jpg

    Hello,

Just wondering if you the system boot up easily when you installed the video card?  Did you change any settings in your bois? Or did you even have the option to change the setting to boot up on the PCI-E video card instead of the integrated video?

    Nothing to change in bios.

    Everything runs perfectly.

I play a lot of games and no problems.

    Hi,

That is good. But just wondering about your bios. My version is "R01.B1" and can you change your graphics option? Also, are you using Windows 10?

My situation is that I have not bought the GTX 1050 TI, yet. I am trying to use another older gpu ATI HD 5450 512MB DDR2 to test for multi-display and etc. However, everytime I put the card in, all my video outputs (including on-board) do not display anything. Maybe the video card is old or something. Hope that is it. And if your specs are the same, then I will get the GTX 1050 TI.

    Thanks you for your help.

    Hello again.

Be sure that ALL your hardware drivers are updated.

Like I've said in previous post, I didn't have to change anything in my bios for the grapics card to work. Just updated the motherboard driver and graphic card driver.
