Aspire VN7-791G NX.MQREY.002 cpu 0.78 ghz issue

I bought this laptop 2 years ago. It was working good at least 1 year. After a year, when i started to playing a game, in 10 minutes its about 120-200 fps after that it drops to 20-30 maybe 10 . i find why is it. My cpu works good at 10 minutes but its turning back to 0.78 ghz after that 10 minutes and stucks there. I want to know if i can solve it with a software or a software update. Some people said that happens because of BD PROCHOT. They suggesting to use "THROTTLESTOP" but its a 3rd party program and i don't know if it damages to my laptop/cpu.

If you have any ideas for this problem i will be very appreciated.

please check your BIOS version, if below 1.14, update it

I updated bios it works better now but the problem still continues.

Since it's turning down after a while, i would check CPU/GPU temperature using some software like hwmonitor

The temps are going up to 90C(max) but its generally at 60 or 70C when the cpu goes back to 0.78 ghz and after that the temps are turning back to 40C.
