AR5B225 in an AO756-2887: Wifi ok, but no Bluetooth

Hi. I swapped the original AR5B125 for an AR5B225 (from an S3, via ebay). It's considered an AR5BWB225 by this computer.

Installing bluetooth drivers, from acer.com - AO756, didn't enable BT.

Tried S3-951's "Bluetooth_Atheros_7.4.0000.0098_W7x64_A.zip", but got this error:
" Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly component {837BF1EB-D770-94EB-A01F-C8B3B9A1E18E}. HRESULT: 0x80070BC9. "

Suggestions?

Ok. Thanks. Ran it again, no error this time, but no BT yet either.

Also tried S3-391 Atheros BT driver, still no joy.

Seems a driver needs be tailored for the combo, such is my impression anyways.

125 is fine, it just lacks BT in it's design.

Well one of my netbooks was also BT-deficient. And I also turned to ebay. But for a new CSR4 dongle for $4.69 with free shipping. Jack E/NJ

When you try to install the CSR4 dongledriver, you may want to consider turning off your wifi so the installation program is forced to use some of the ancient 2006 WinXP BT networking software that MS already buried somewhere on your HDD. it might work better than the new stuff. Your results may vary. 8^) Jack E/NJ
