IN MS WORD OR OTHER TYPING SOFTWARES, WHEN I TYPE MY KEYBOARDS KEYS 1 2 3 & Q W A S Z X IT TYPE ANOTHER WORDS  AND WHEN I TYPE K L ; ' P [ ] , . /  IT ALSO TYPE NUMPAD KEYS... WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE MY KEYBOARD OK PLZ ANYON HELP ME IN THIS REGARD

    First, have you tried to turn off the alternate numpad keys with the Fn+F11 combination? Jack E/NJ

    i have tried it but it never works...... i also used a method to remove battery then pressed power button for 10 seconds than inserted and power on again but never works.... model Acer laptop 4720Z aspire... plz help im in this regard

    OK, next. With the aid of a soft-bristle cosmetic brush and vacuum or air blower, have you tried to dislodge food particles and other debris that may have become entrapped on the electrical contacts under the keypads? Be careful not to put too much upward pressure on the keypads as they are extremely difficult to re-secure if they become loose. Jack E/NJ
