My Swift 3 Fan is being extremely loud..
I got a Swift 3 very recently (boxing day id say?). However the fan is being extrememly annoying. I exchanged my old swift 3 but i still have the same issue on the new one. I have sent it back to acer for repair but it seems like the problem is not solved. I have seen people saying that different versions of the BIOS would lead to unnecessary spinning of the fan, but it doesnt seem like i can downgrade to another version anyhow. What can i do???
ps i already changed the power setting and cooling system to passive...

If the system came in to the Acer repair center and they were unable to find anything wrong, chances are the fan noise on this model is within specification for the system and the fan itself. Unfortunately there is no switch or setting to change the volume of fan noise.

I think this is ACER design problem. This issue happened to my new R5-571T. Brought it up to ACER center and they said this is normal and got nothing to fix.
