Hi,
I can not give you the solution but could suggest you a workaround, if that's acceptable.
You could install the original hard drive, back up the whole image to an external hard drive, create a recovery disk using Macrium Reflect, install the new SSD, insert the recovery USB, go to BIOS switch the boot order to make USB as your first boot, connect your external hard drive and recover the whole image to the new SSD.

I have not yet succedded with your suggestion. I bought some sourt of M2 to USB adapter. But it only fits with the old 96Gb ssd disk, and not with my new Intel 500Gb SSD disc. So for now, I have given up. But thanks for your suggestion.
