Rec'd Acer B3 A20 for Christmas, it has worked well in all aspects up until 3 days ago when it would no longer  connect to the internet.  Message shows "You are offline, There is something wrong with the proxy server or the address is incorrect, Err Proxy Connection Failed".

Wi-Fi is connected, I have never turned bluetooth on,  the Tablet is constantly syncing with smart phone and computor.  Everything else works perfectly.  I can find nothing on the tablet that would enable me to correct the problem.  I have the basics of using  the equipment I have but can go no farther on my own to correct the problem.

Would appreciate any and all help I can receive.

Thankyou

Thankyou again for your suggestion but it did not work.  After going thru the manual again found the only solution was to reset the tablet back to factory and start over again.  While doing this found that your suggestion would have worked but I entered the wrong password.

settings/wifi/tap on wifi label - long tap on your wifi network name and choose to discard/delete the network

then try to re-connect to your network

thankyou for the response, just turned the tablet on and find that it is working.  Will have to wait until it goes out again and follow your solution.  Will get back to you with the results.  thanks again.
