No access to BIOS v5-591g

Hi,
I would like to enter in BIOS Settings but I do F2 after power on the laptop and not enter!
The only thing that I do in the laptop is reset to fabric stock.
Someone could help me please?

Well I find the solution.
f2..f2...f2...f2...f2...Power On...f2...f2...f2...f2
The important think is push f2 some times before you power on.

if your laptops has windows 10, you can enter BIOS from its settings:
