    Hi and thank you for your help.

     

    I am hoping to use Acer Recovery Management to go back to original Windows version..will that work ?

      Running a recovery using the Acer recovery back up should restore it back to factory configurations, yes. You should be able to choose which Windows Updates you want at that point. I don't believe Microsoft is forcing users to upgrade to Windows 10.
