How do I safely open the case of an X3-710 desktop, please.

I have a new X3-710 desktop with a small format case and I'm not sure how to remove the case to fit an SSD.

you need to unscrew 2 scews in the back of your PC case (top bottom and right bottom, looking from the back) and then slide the right panel to the back, until it disengages, then you can pull it out.

It worked, exactly as you said except for a black catch that has to be pushed sideways to release.  Many thans, I was confused by how close the panels fit on this case!  Now to putting in an SSD with no spare SATA or power supply!

    You welcome.

I think you need to use the DVD SATA and power cables and don't use the DVD drive.
