Hi everyone, I'm having this issue with a brand new, just purchased laptop. I literally just received it in the mail yesterday. When I am switching from screen to screen it blacks out like this occasionally. Does anyone know how to fix this?

please check your BIOS version:
windows logo key + r
type
msinfo32
look at BIOS DATE/version string
if it's below version 1.15, please update it:

I found that it was version 1.04. I followed your instructions and updated as necessary. Hopefully this will solve my problem. Thank you!

Even after updating it seems that I am still having this issue. Do you have any other suggestions?
