i need help my laptop's blutooth option is gone

my laptop is an E1-570 and i use to have the bluetooth option but now its gone here are some screenshots it was working before but after win 8.1 updated somthing it was gone and since before when i turned it off i had to go to the drivers and turn it on but cant seem to do it anymore and i guess the drivers arent there anymore

i did that already before i even posted i mean i downloaded the drivers from the first link but still it doesn't solve it
