XB271HU broken by Acer support

Hi, Im posting this as a cry for help.  I had 5 dead pixels in a row on my screen, I filed a warranty claim and Acer asked me to ship back to them on their carrier, which I did.

Acer support now claim my screen is smashed and thats not covered in warranty so Ill have to pay for repair.  The screen was in good condition (except for 5 dead pixels) when I gave it to their carrier.  Its been escalated but they are unconcerned about the situation, they say they dont know who damaged  the screen but they will not repair it.  There are only 3 parties in this, Acer, Acers carrier and myself.  Acer effectively are calling me a liar, either that or they are claiming they can damage equipment and then not repair/replace.  As I have refused to pay for damage I did not cause, they informed me they will hold the item for 90 days then destroy it (which they effectively already did).

I am angry and upset, and hope someone here has some way to help me.  I expect this post will be removed by the mods, but Acer, here is a challenge for you, try speaking to me like a human being, rather than someone to be abused and forgotten.

    Sad..But its Acers style to deal with customers. But same time they make new "never back" customers.
