    • I have a problem with my CDROM Drive Code 45

    I have a Acer Aspire E14  E5-411-C3K3 Windows 8.1 Single Language ( 64 bit).I tried to play some cd's through the cdrom player,but nothing.I have tried various methods ( Regidt,Command Promp),but nothing.It is also coming uo with Error Code 45 ( whatever that is).The cdrom is HL-DT-ST-DVDRAM GUCOM.

    Please can anyone help ?

      The error could be stating that the device is not present.

      We suggest you reinstall the driver, go to the device manage and check the driver.
