e5-551g, repeating keys

in my case upon startup, "Delete" command keeps repeating...

 

my laptop is 8 months old, and no sticky key(s) or stuck key

when i inspect my keyboard...

 

anyone who have the same problem?

  • Go to Control Panel, keyboard. Slide the repeat rate back and test keyboard.

    done that, still deleting upong restart, pressing "esc" stops the del actions, but i don't wanna do that everytime....

    Sometimes static can couse keyboard issues.

    Shut down, unplug and remove the battery.

    Hold the power button down for 30 seconds.

    Plug in the power and boot.

    If still doing it, go to Device Manager, keyboards, right click on PS/2 keyboard and select uninstall, reboot.
