Audio Stops While Connected to the Internet

Hello,

I recently purchased an Acer Iconia B1-750 tablet (Intel Quad Core Atom, 1GB RAM, 7" screen).

Audio/music randomly stops when I am connected to the Internet. This happens with all installed audio players (Packet Casts, Google Music and Poweramp).

I have attempted to change settings in Chrome and Firefox to prevent multimedia playback on websites but no settings exists.

I went into the tablet's Settings->Sound to see if something there might be causing problems, but didn't see any relevant settings

Finally, I factory reset the tablet and started over but the problem still exists.

This only happens when I am connected to the Internet.

I appreciate any help or thoughts.

Thank you.

We suggest you contact Acer support in your region since you did a factory reset and the issue persist.

Have you tried to conect to another internet to see if the same issue present? I recomend you tried that first.
