intel vs. nvidia graphics default
Hi all - I'm a bit confused about whether my VN7-792G is configured correctly. If I right click the desktop and go to Graphics Properties, the Intel HD Graphics control panel comes up.
The Nvidia control panel shows only options for 3-D Settings and nothing else. This is not the same as my other machines that have Nvidia graphics cards, and default to a full Nvidia control panel. Thanks for any knowlege here.

Hi,
It is correctly configured. The switching between Intel and Nvidia graphics cards is controled by Nvidia Optimus. You can change the defaults in the Nvidia control pannel in Manage 3D settings.
It's not the same situation with a desktop, obviously.
