E5-571 won't boot. Perpetual loop

Hi 

 

when I power on my laptop I get the Acer wording  and the circles but then it won't go any further

 

has anyone got a solution?

  Remove the mains, take out the battery, press power button for a while and insert the battery, connect the AC adapter and restart, let us know.
