Installing 2nd hard drive in E 15 E5-575G-53VG Windows 10

I have installed 2nd hard drive in open bey of Acer Aspire E 15 E5-575G-53VG Windows 10 does not read the new hard drive. Any solution?

  Is it possible to use it without formating it? I have some important date on it. This drive was in my Dell laptop which had a sepatart boot SSD same as I have in this Acer.

  If you have data on it, then it is already formatted it and should be recognized.
